This 5-week series is designed to help you lose weight with consistency — while you refocus, build momentum, and create sustainable habits. Get practical nutrition strategies, meal-prep tools, mindset support, and holiday-season guidance. $199 for all five sessions.

The program begins this December with Tuesday sessions on December 2nd, 9th, and 16th, and continues into the new year with two additional sessions on January 6th and 14th. All sessions take place on Zoom and run from 6–7 PM. Participants will receive their Zoom link after completing registration.

About Your Host:

Laura Zervos, MBA, RDN, LDN

Laura Zervos is a registered dietitian with a culinary background from Johnson & Wales University and more than 30 years of experience. She has worked in both acute care and long-term care settings and, for the past six years, has run a successful private practice.

Laura teaches monthly cooking classes for Lending Hearts, provides corporate wellness programs, and is a regular guest on KDKA News. She has helped individuals of all ages achieve their wellness goals — including weight loss and improved health markers for chronic conditions — through personalized, practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
